The Elaeagnus x ebbingei 'Gilt Edge' is a striking evergreen shrub with dark green leaves with a broad yellow border. In the summer, it produces small clusters of white flowers while orange/red berries appear in autumn.
Ideal for colourful hedging, low windbreak or coastal bedding. This hardy shrub does well with cold sea winds along with dry soils.
The Elaeagnus x ebbingei likes full sun and partial shade and will do will in moist, normal or dry soils.
Maximum height is 40cm.
