LIGUSTRUM DELAVAYANUM

The Ligustrum delavayanum is an evergreen shrub that can grow up to 10ft tall and is a great plant for topiary. The plant is known to grown quickly as well as being highly malleable and can be shaped into all kinds of shapes and sizes.

This evergreen plants has tightly packed leaves which require clipping often to help keep the desired shape. It will also need to be fed regularly with general purpose fertiliser. 

As Ligustrum delavayanum is grown in plant pots, care will need to be taken in the colder months to protect the roots from freezing. Our advice would be to wrap the pot in a sack or move them to a more sheltered area to keep them safe. 

Choose from pre-shaped designs of a spiral or pyramid which can add some dimension and greenery to doorways.
